Pedago Academy is proud to introduce Lt Col Sadia Chowdhury, psc (Retd), a trailblazing leader and technical expert with 20 years of progressive experience in the Bangladesh Army (Corps of EME). Her career is marked by exceptional instructional ability and strategic expertise, making her an invaluable mentor for our students.
Key Highlights of Her Expertise:
◆ Class 'A' Military Instructor: She served as an elite instructor at the Defense Services Command and Staff College (DSCSC), Mirpur, where she trained mid-career tri-service officers from home and abroad in logistics and tactics.
◆ Technical Excellence (MISTian): Holding a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics, and Communication Engineering (EECE) from MIST, she brings a high level of analytical precision and technical insight to our academic framework.
◆ International Strategic Exposure: Her career includes extensive training and deployments in the USA, China, India, and Sri Lanka, along with significant experience in UN Peacekeeping Missions in DR Congo and South Sudan.
◆ Leadership & Gender Advocacy: Recognized for driving initiatives in organizational efficiency and gender equity, she serves as a powerful role model for both male and female students aspiring for leadership roles.
◆ Academic Depth: She holds a Masters in Defence Studies (MDS) from the Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) and is proficient in multiple languages, including English and elementary Russian.
Her Role at Pedago Academy:
Lt Col Sadia focuses on developing "Analytical Leadership" and "Technical Proficiency" in our students. With her background in training senior military officers, she brings a high-standard pedagogical approach to help students master complex concepts while building the discipline and strategic mindset necessary for Cadet College success.
