With a distinguished military career and direct experience in the administration and training of Cadet Colleges, he brings a gold standard of guidance, leadership, and mentorship to our students.

- Cadet College Specialist: Served as the Adjutant and Class B Instructor at both Cumilla Cadet College (CCC) and Feni Girls' Cadet College (FGCC). His firsthand knowledge of cadet training, discipline, and selection standards provides students with invaluable insight into succeeding in the Cadet College environment.
- Elite Military Background: Commissioned through the 26th BMA Long Course in the Corps of Infantry in 1992. With over 30 years of distinguished service, he held numerous command and staff appointments within the Bangladesh Army.
- Civil & Strategic Governance: Served as a Director at the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) and later as the Officer Commanding at the Armed Forces Division (AFD), Prime Minister's Office, demonstrating exceptional expertise in governance, administration, and strategic leadership.
- International Experience: Deployed twice in United Nations Peacekeeping Missions, where he focused on troop discipline, operational leadership, and conflict resolution while representing Bangladesh on the international stage.
- Academic Excellence: An alumnus of Rajshahi Cadet College (RCC), he also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP).
