◆ Academic Excellence (BUETian): A graduate in Civil Engineering from BUET with high honors, he provides a strong analytical and technical foundation that inspires students toward excellence in Mathematics and Science.
◆ Institutional Leadership: He served as the Commandant of the Engineer Centre & School of Military Engineering (ECSME), where he led army-wide technical training and institutional development, proving his mastery in education management.
◆ National Project Management: He held a pivotal role as a high-ranking official in the Padma Bridge Rail Link Project (PBRLP), demonstrating elite-level coordination, negotiation, and execution skills.
◆ Global Diplomacy: His career includes extensive international exposure across Asia, Europe, and Africa, including a UN Mission in DR Congo, which helps him mentor students on global perspectives and multinational liaison.
◆ Linguistic Versatility: Fluent in Bengali, English, and Turkish, he embodies the effective communication skills essential for the modern cadet and military professional.
