With over 20 years of experience in flight operations, safety management, and human resource coordination, he brings the precision and high-standard discipline of the Air Force to our mentorship team.

◆ Elite Aviator & Flight Safety Expert: As a former Pilot in Command and Assistant Director of Flight Safety at Air Headquarters, he is a master of situational awareness, accident prevention, and proactive safety management.
◆ Top-Tier Military Instructor: He served as the Officer-in-Charge of General Service Training (GST) and an Instructor at the Recruits Training School (RTS), making him an expert in transforming young individuals into disciplined and capable professionals.
◆ International Operational Experience: His career includes serving as an Adjutant and Pilot in a UN Mission in the Ivory Coast, where he led multinational coordination and international liaison.
◆ Advanced Staff Training: A graduate of the Defence Services Command and Staff College (psc), he possesses elite-level skills in administrative operations, personnel management, and strategic planning.
◆ Safety Specialist: Trained by the Pacific Air Force (USA) at Hickam Air Base, Hawaii, he brings global best practices in "Proactive Safety" and emergency response readiness to our training modules.
◆ Advocate for Physical & Mental Balance: A passionate marathon runner and fitness enthusiast, he emphasizes the importance of physical stamina and mental well-being as core pillars of the cadet lifestyle.

Squadron Leader Ziauddin focuses on "Operational Discipline and Survival Skills." He mentors students in situational decision-making, effective communication, and the physical endurance required for the Air Force and Cadet College pathways.
