Pedago Academy is proud to introduce Major Tanveer Mahmood (Retd), a highly decorated and versatile leader with over 23 years of distinguished experience in the Bangladesh Army, Paramilitary forces, and the United Nations. Known for his exceptional record of bravery and strategic brilliance, he brings a unique level of intensity and expertise to our mentorship program.

◆ Highly Decorated Officer: He is the youngest officer in the history of the Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) to be awarded the President Border Guard Medal (PBGM) twice, a testament to his extraordinary courage and leadership in the field.
◆ Specialized Intelligence & Operations: With extensive experience in Intelligence Agencies and Special Task/Operations Units, he is an expert in candidate assessment, interview techniques, and behavioral analysis.
◆ Advanced Military Education: A graduate of the Defence Services Command and Staff College (psc), he holds a Master of Science (MSc) and has been trained to lead and plan at the highest strategic levels.
◆ Versatile Skill Set: Beyond his military prowess, he is an expert in digital technologies, including Adobe Creative Suite and advanced computer systems, which he uses to create modern and engaging learning experiences.
◆ Global Mentorship: Having served in United Nations missions and various high-pressure environments, he excels at "Talent Hunting" and motivating students to achieve high standards of efficiency and discipline.
His Role at Pedago Academy:
Major Tanveer focuses on "Confidence & Crisis Management." He is instrumental in preparing students for the mental and physical rigors of cadet admission, utilizing his background in intelligence and interview coaching to sharpen their decision-making and personality traits.
