Refund & Return Policy

Pedago Academy is committed to transparency and fairness. This document outlines all conditions for refunds, cancellations, and course transfers.

Enrollment & Eligibility
Enrollment

Confirmed only after successful payment. Seats are limited and admission is first-come, first-served.

Technical Issues

If a student cannot access a course due to technical issues on our platform, a refund may be granted upon verification.

Valid Refund Circumstances
Failure to provide promised services — live classes, recorded videos, exams, or materials.
Batch or course concluded earlier than the scheduled duration.
No alternative routine provided in case of unavoidable schedule changes.
Course fails to commence within 2 months of the announced start date.
Student mistakenly purchases one recorded course instead of another.
Unprofessional behavior or incompetence from any Pedago team member.

No Refund Conditions
No refund will be applicable if:
Course materials or access have been fully provided
Student voluntarily withdraws after course progression
Classes are missed due to personal reasons

Special Cases & Transfers
Special Consideration

Refunds may be reviewed case-by-case for medical emergencies, technical issues from Pedago's side, or course cancellation by Pedago Academy.

Course Transfer

Students may transfer to another batch or course (subject to availability). Transfer requests must be made within the first 7 days.

Refund Request Process

Submit a requestEmail refund@pedagoacademy.com with student details, supporting documents, and a clear reason for the refund.

Reference number assignedThe Support Department assigns a unique reference number. All future communications must include this number.

Review by Head of AdministrationThe request and initial assessment are forwarded for review. Eligibility and refund amount are determined here.

Finance processingApproved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method (bKash, card, bank transfer, etc.).

If not eligibleThe case is forwarded to the Academic Department, which resolves the issue within 10 working days or provides a clear explanation.

Non-Refundable Fees & Digital Content
Non-Transferable Fees

Registration fees, admission processing fees, and third-party platform or service charges are non-refundable.

Digital Content

Once digital content (videos, PDFs, LMS access) is provided, it is non-returnable and non-refundable.
