Pedago Academy is honored to have Brigadier General Md Jamal Hossain (Retd) as a core member of our faculty. With a distinguished military career spanning over 31 years, he brings unparalleled expertise in leadership, strategic training, and institutional governance to our students.
Key Highlights of His Expertise:
◆ ISSB Specialist & Former GTO: He served as a Group Testing Officer (GTO) at the Inter-Services Selection Board (ISSB). His deep insight into candidate assessment, personality analysis, and leadership evaluation is invaluable for students aspiring to join Cadet Colleges and the Armed Forces.
◆ Educational Leadership: He has held prestigious teaching and administrative positions at world-class institutions, including the Defense Services Command and Staff College (DSCSC) and Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP).
◆ Global Exposure: His professional journey includes significant international experience with the UN Peacekeeping Missions (Sudan & Congo) and high-level training in France, Turkey, China, and Malaysia.
◆ Academic Excellence: A lifelong learner, he is currently a PhD Fellow at BUP and holds multiple advanced degrees (MDS, MSS) and international certifications in Strategy and Planning from Geneva.
