- ISSB Specialist & Former GTO: Served as a Group Testing Officer (GTO) at the Inter-Services Selection Board (ISSB), where he gained extensive expertise in candidate assessment, personality analysis, leadership evaluation, and officer selection. His experience is invaluable for students aspiring to join Cadet Colleges and the Armed Forces.
- Educational Leadership: Held prestigious teaching and administrative appointments at renowned institutions, including the Defence Services Command and Staff College (DSCSC) and the Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP), contributing significantly to professional military education and leadership development.
- Global Exposure: Possesses extensive international experience through United Nations Peacekeeping Missions in Sudan and the Democratic Republic of the Congo, along with advanced professional training in France, Turkey, China, and Malaysia.
- Academic Excellence: A lifelong learner and PhD Fellow at the Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP), holding multiple advanced qualifications including MDS, MSS, and PGD, as well as international certifications in Strategy and Planning from Geneva.
